The third and final module in our internal leadership education program ”Professional Entrepreneurs” was a great success.We had presentations from Fredrik Järsenholt, Susan M. H. Bojen, Jesper K. Andersen and Roald Nomme. As well as good suggestions from Skanska Norway on ”future demands on subcontractors”

On day 2 the project teams presented the 4 projects. An impressive piece of work - and 4 very good projects was presented. HansenGroup Main Board gave feedback to all projects. The Professional Entrepreneurs planning team with Sjur Hana, Anders Nicklasson, Roald Nomme and Jesper K. Andersen will meet in May 2008 to evaluate how the continued work with the very good projects can be organised – and how Professional Entrepreneurs could continue in 2008/09. This will thereafter be evaluated at HansenGroup Main Board meeting 18.6.2008 with a quick feedback to the BUL´s and the involved teams.

On the 16th April a big celebration took place at Hindø, where diplomas were handed out. Another fantastic day with the Hansen family.
