PreconalHansen and Stockholm's Aluminium and Glass make a major entrance into the Stockholm market.

PreconalHansen has acquired the company Stockholm’s Aluminium and Glass AB. 'With this acquisition, we are increasing our presence in the interesting market in the Stockholm area', says CEO Anders Nicklasson. 'It is our intention to double up the turnover in the Stockholm Company into 100 mio. Swedish kroner.'

The acquisition means that PreconalHansen now seriously establishes itself on the expansive market in the Stockholm area and in Mälardalen. Within a few years, it is our target to increase the turnover in the Stockholm Company to 100 mio. Swedish kroner which will generate new employment both in Stockholm and in our other factories in Falkenberg, Landeryd, Karlstad, as well as a number of sales offices in Sweden.

Today, PreconalHansen has a turnover of approximately 250 mio. Swedish kroner and 120 employees. Stockholm’s Aluminium and Glass AB, which is situated in Tyresö, has a turnover of approximately 50 mio. Swedish kroner and 15 employees. The former owners will continue in the company to secure continuity and expansion.

PreconalHansen and Stockholm’s Aluminium & Glass AB have specialised in design, manufacturing, and contracting within aluminium and glass façades, entrance doors, aluminium windows, firescreens, and roof glazing. PreconalHansen is the market leader in Sweden and have factories in Landeryd, Falkenberg, and Karlstad. Besides sales and design offices at the main office in Falkenberg, PreconalHansen has also offices in Malmö, Karlstad, and Arboga.

With this acquisition, PreconalHansen increases its position in Stockholm with a completely modern factory, which will give a local presence in the region with high service and fast deliveries.
